ASR Invincible pre workout review –

You’ve tried ‘em all, right?

Well…just like me I expect you have tried at least a few of the top brands – yes or yes?

However, this is an ASR Invincible pre workout review and I can assure you, as my photo will attest, that I am not just spinning BS here – I have tried this product, and still use it.

Because it Freakin’ works, hands down!

And take it from me; it will not be long before ASR is a ‘TOP’ Brand.

So…What makes ‘Invincible’ so Powerful?

The Ingredients

A major benefit of using ‘Invincible’ is that the ingredients are not hidden behind a ‘proprietary blend’ which is a rare feature in the supplement industry.

All the ingredients are clearly shown on the product label along with the amount for each. This is actually really important, as a lot of pre-workout supplements contain an under-dose of the important ingredients, or the so called ‘proprietary blend’ may be not much more than a high dose of caffeine with added ‘fillers’ like sugars or may even contain some potentially harmful products.

AS Research ‘Invincible’ only uses ingredients proven to increase:

  • Mental focus
  • Stimulate natural hormone release
  • Boost muscle strength and endurance
  • Increase blood flow to the muscles
  • Assist in recovery.
Invincible Label - Ingredients

Invincible Label – Ingredients

  • Rhodiola Rosea –

a remarkable herb with many benefits including aiding weight reduction, increased sexual function and increased energy levels.  Rhodiola has also proved to be beneficial in the recovery process after prolonged workouts.

  • Beta Alanine –

‘Invincible’ comes with a FULL 4g serving of Beta Alanine.  If your pre-workout does not contain this supplement then you need to move on and try this.  Beta Alanine has been proven to significantly increase muscle carnosine levels, providing you with a strength and power boost for increased work load and capacity.

  • L-Histidine –

This amino acid assists Beta Alanine in the conversion process to carnosine.  It is also believed to be essential for tissue growth and repair.

  • L-Glutamine –

Glutamine has been proven to increase muscle cell volume and increase growth hormone release.

  • Magnesium –

Magnesium is essential for staying healthy along with increased energy, strong bones, and fatigue reduction.

  • Vitamin B12 –

In itself, B12 is an awesome supplement and very beneficial to bodybuilders, assisting in overall energy and endurance.

  • MCT’s –

MCT is an acronym for Medium Chain Triglycerides. MCT’s can provide an increase in calorie consumption, energy production and muscle weight gain.

  • L-Arginine (AKG) –

    A Nitric Oxide (NO) booster.

  • Vitamin B6 –

Vitamin B6 is known to increase mood and enhance strength.

  • Acetyl L-Carnitine –

Believed to assist with fat loss, muscle mass, stamina and reduced recovery time.

  • Citrulline Malate –

Combats exercise fatigue and aids in the reduction of lactic acid build-up.

  • L-Glycine –

This amino acid supports the central nervous system and converts glucose to energy.

  • Creatine Magna Power –

Creatine is one of the most widely known and proven supplements in the sporting industry.  Creatine Magna Power is a special patented form of creatine that does not require high dosages or loading and eliminates the possible side effects of Creatine Monohydrate, such as bloating and/or stomach upset.

  • Caffeine –

Used in almost every known pre-workout mix.  If you do not know the benefits of supplemental caffeine by now, then you need to get on board.  Along with an increase in energy, you can expect an increase in muscle strength and training intensity.

  • N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine –

A mood elevator that also suppresses appetite and reduces body fat.

  • L-Phenylalanine –

An amino acid that increases protein synthesis along with the production of neurotransmitters like Dopamine and Nor-epinephrine.

  • Theobromine –

Believed to increase time to exhaustion during intensive exercise as well as acting as a fat burner.

  • R-Beta_Methylphenethylamine –

The most significant benefit with this supplement is the amount of energy boost it provides whilst also promoting weight loss.

  • Vanadyl Sulfate –

Helps  get more proteins, amino acids and carbohydrates directly into your muscles by mimicking insulin.

My Personal Experience

Due to being in the lifting game for quite a while and experimenting with a number of recognized brands, as well as my own concoctions (which are pretty good, by the way, and I will reveal in future posts) ;-), I was understandably a bit hesitant about trying yet another pre-workout ‘wonder’ supplement.

I was Blown Away!

From where I live, it is a 45 minute drive to the gym.  So, I have things timed pretty well.  My supplements are in a progression from home to gym.

Now, considering I am used to using pre-workout supplements – at the very least caffeine – along with the fact that I take my training seriously and workout to my max with every session, I wanted the full effect.

So, I didn’t muck around.  I went for the bull by the horns and used the dosage recommended for a ‘hardcore training session’, which is 1 scoop in 10 -14 oz of water 20 – 30 minutes prior training.

Did I feel the Power of ‘Invincible’?

Ooh Yeah!

Before I even got to the gym I could feel myself shaking a little and the tingling effects of Beta-Alanine creeping over my skull – indicating an appropriate level of product.

The label says you can expect to feel ‘Invincible’ working within 10 – 15 minutes (or sooner).  This is absolutely True!

The workout that followed was filled with intensity and focus, and the pump…second to none baby!  intense-workout-image

What Do You Expect?

When you walk into the gym after downing your newly purchased pre-workout supplement for the first time, what do you expect?

I would guess your expectations would be mixed with a certain feeling of apprehension.  Like ‘Man…is this stuff really going to work or have I just wasted another $50?’

Well…I can assure you that after downing your first dose of  ASR ‘Invincible’, by the time you walk into the gym the apprehension will be gone.

Next, you would hope to experience a workout filled with increased:

  • Drive
  • Determination
  • Focus
  • Intensity
  • Strength
  • Stamina
  • Vascularity & Pump

With ‘Invincible’ you will experience all This for the duration of your workout and you’ll leave the gym feeling like an Iron Warrior! Bodybuilding-for-Mass-Invincible-image

Value for MoneyHow much does it Cost?

I know this is a very important aspect of your decision making process and I will say that I think you’ll be happily surprised.

Firstly, when it comes to monetary outlay, I have tried the bottom end approach and sadly, it’s true, you get what you pay for.  I have also tried the ‘top’ end of the scale and well…there you’re often paying a surplus for the ‘Name’ and high end advertising and endorsement costs of the company.

‘Invincible’ by AS Research is a Top End product without the Top End cost.

So…What’s the Investment?

There are three introductory options with different discount levels.

The best offer, by far, is the 3rd option which represents a 30% savings overall at just $49.95 per bottle.

Each bottle contains 30 full scoop servings which, with quick math calculation, work out at just $1.65 per serve.

Is this mad or what?

Some Other Great Features:

  • Tastes Great!  I’m not kidding – this stuff tastes so good you’d like another one just for the taste (don’t do it though or you’ll end up hypo :-) )
  • Mixes Easily.  Surely you’ve had the experience of swallowing unmixed lumps, right?  Well…not with ‘Invincible’.  It mixes really well in water or juice or if added to your pre-workout shake.
  • No Nasties – have you taken supplements that deliver a lag-over effect?  You know what I mean, right?  Like bloating or diarrhoea or a two day headache or maybe just a nauseous feeling.  The good news is ‘Invincible’ Does Not come with any of these ‘nasties’.
  • Guaranteed Results: Yes, that’s right.  Doesn’t get much better than this – ‘Invincible’ comes with the ‘You Get Results or it’s Free’ 60 Day Guarantee!

Ensure Your Supply:

Another thing I consider a good feature, though not so much of the product but rather the AS Research service, is the ‘Auto-Ship’ option.

Some individuals view this as a problem or even as nothing more than a marketing ploy.

I Love it!

Well, like me, I’m sure you’ve had the experience of ‘running low’ on your favorite supplement.  You think ‘I must re-order so it arrives in time before I run out’.

Do you?

That’s just it.  You don’t.

Your intention is missed and the gap between the last serving and the arrival of your new package is driving you insane.  I know – it’s happened to me too many times.

So, that’s why I love auto-ship.

My product always arrives prior to ‘running out’.  I don’t need to go to the website and go through the ordering process.  I don’t stress.

And hey, if you choose to discontinue for any reason, it is a very easy process to cancel your auto-ship.

  • All ingredients are clearly shown on the product label with no ‘artificial fillers’ or ‘proprietary blends’
  • Works very quickly – within 10 – 15 minutes (or sooner) of consumption.
  • Meets all your expectations and then some!
  • Offers Good Value for Money.
  • Tastes Great
  • Mixes Easily
  • No nasty side effects
  • Comes with auto-ship option.
  • “You get Results or it’s Free” 60 Day Guarantee!

My personal rating for this product: four-and-a-half-star-rating

I’ll have to try ASR out. I’ve taken White Flookd and Bestmode before and both made me go to the bathroom (srs) before lifting which is annoying.

  2. Nicol

I did a two month trial test of this pre workout and C4 and honestly they’re both awesome. I felt a little more tingle with C4 than with this one, that might have been the caffeine. Overall I was satisfied with both and I loved your review because it covers most of my thoughts as well.

You weren’t kidding when you said it works very quickly, I felt it kick in just about 10 mins after taking it.

    Thanks for this!

this is a very comprehensive review of this product and will be the very reason that i give it a try and report to my friends! the ingredients used are great and it makes sense that this product could be effective. Its nice to be able to see the ingredients. Most supplements do have the old trick of ‘proprietary blend’ which is not right because my food and supplements are on the same level. thanks

What a comprehensive review! the formula looks fantastic. Its nice to be able to see the ingredients. I hate things that have ‘proprietary blend’ its so frustrating. I understand protecting your formulation, but it makes it hard to know what you’re getting!

    1. admin

Thanks Christine for reading this post and taking the time to comment.

That is exactly why companies use the ‘proprietary blend’ label – to either hide behind it the fact that their product may contain little or nothing of real benefit or, alternatively, that there may be harmful or questionable ingredients in their product.

      Either way…not good.

      Wishing you well Christine,

      – Rich

First off, I am VERY well versed in pre workouts and sports supplements as a whole. With that being said, I completely agree with you that this is a solid pre workout. Finally, a pre workout besides pre-jym that has some actual beta-alanine content.
The only thing I don’t like is all the caffeine.. But, atleast this pre workout has enough other supplements to make it worth the while.

    1. admin

      Hi Van,

The Beta-alanine is definitely a great feature. I have used several ingredients as stand alone products and beta-alanine is a must for my pre workout. I understand caffeine consumption is not everyone’s choice of stimulant. I personally don’t mind it, as I don’t drink coffee now, so the benefits of using it pre workout are desirable for me.

      Thank you for your comment.

      Train Hard :-)

  9. Cindy

Thanks for providing information on all the nutrients in this supplement. When I look at labels, I’m often dazzled by all the ingredients listed that I don’t have a clue about.

    1. admin

      Hi Cindy,

Thank you, yes it can certainly be frustrating especially when you see listed ingredients that you don’t even have a hope of pronouncing.
